John D. Gatz has practiced law in Northwest Kansas for over 30 years.
John's practice now emphasizes estate planning including trusts and wills, probate and trust administration; business organizations including partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies; and real estate transactions.
He has a wide variety of legal experience including business and commercial litigation and the prosecution and defense of personal injury and death claims.
John is a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University (1976 with high distinction) and Washburn University School of Law (1981). Licensed in Kansas and Colorado, John is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, member and past president of the Kansas School Attorneys Association, chairman of the Professional Ethics and Grievance Panel of the Kansas Bar Association, and member of the Kansas Board of Discipline for Attorneys.
